Terms of Service

General
- By paying for a commission you are automatically agreeing to the full terms.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- Rude or demanding behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a block.
- I will NOT take commissions with a hard deadline.
- Commissions usually take a few days. On any occasion that I may take longer I will make an announcement.
- When completed, you will be given two versions of your commission, one with a watermark, and one without.
- You may request for a private commission if you do not want it posted publicly on any platform, please specify this when ordering.
- Please do not hound me on a daily basis as to when your commission will be finished. Art takes time to complete, and constantly asking only adds unnecessary stress and pressure.Payment/Pricing
- All prices listed are USD.
- Payment is required upfront before I can begin your commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will be issued a full refund. I will however NOT provide a refund if I have given you the finished piece.
- You will be sent a sketch of your commission once I start, any changes must be requested at this stage. Any changes requested after completion may require additional costs (Exception being that I make a mistake within the artwork, such as messing up part of a character's design).
- You may NOT use my artwork for commercial purposes.Usage
- If reposting publicly, you must post the watermarked commission with proper credit.
- You may NOT edit my artwork without explicit permission apart from cropping or resizing.
- The unwatermarked artwork may be used in private spaces as well as to decorate social media profiles (profile pictures, Twitter banners, etc.).
- My artwork is NOT to be associated in any way, shape, or form with NFTS and AI.
